Eligibility & Age Requirement

- Identity Verification: 77ok reserves the right to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in your account being restricted or closed.
- One Account: Each person may open only one account. Operating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited.
- Personal Use: You may use this platform for your own use only — not on behalf of anyone else or for the benefit of a third party.
Minor Protection: Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Opening an account by concealing one's age is a serious violation and may result in forfeiture of all account balances.
Account Registration
When registering on 77ok, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a clear violation of these Terms.
3.1 Accuracy of Personal Information
You must correctly provide your name, mobile number, email address, and payment method details. If any information changes, update it on the platform immediately or contact the support team.
3.2 Account Security
Keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 77ok support team immediately.
3.3 Account Verification
77ok may verify your identity before a deposit or withdrawal. A National ID (NID), passport, or other valid documents may be requested for this purpose. This process is essential to ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
Bonuses & Promotions
77ok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Remember: Before you start playing with bonus funds, read the applicable wagering requirement carefully. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Abusing bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit the bonus system in any way will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and accumulated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
4.4 VIP Program
77ok's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play.
Payments & Transactions
The following payment methods are accepted for financial transactions on 77ok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
5.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- Once a deposit is successful, it will be reflected in your balance.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
5.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. 77ok will never ask for your password or payment PIN by phone or email. If you receive any such communication, report it to the support team immediately.
Warning: Using 77ok's payment system for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence.
Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting
- A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the applicable rules state otherwise.
- If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
- If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
6.2 Casino Games
- All casino games are operated using a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand will be settled in the manner described in the applicable rules.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
6.3 Responsible Gaming

- A serious breach of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- An account that has been inactive for an extended period (beyond the set time limit).
9.2 Closure by the User
You may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your account. All valid withdrawable balances will be settled before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
77ok works constantly to ensure an overall quality service. However, 77ok's liability is limited in the following areas:
- Technical Errors: 77ok will not be liable for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party software, or infrastructure-related reasons.
- Third Parties: 77ok is not directly liable for any issues caused by game providers or payment processors, but will assist in finding a resolution.
- Gaming Losses: The user is solely responsible for any financial losses incurred in betting or casino games.
- Service Interruptions: The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical improvements.
Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by applicable law, 77ok's total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you deposited within three months prior to the relevant incident.
Changes to Terms
